Shipping policy

UK SHIPPING

All orders are sent via Royal Mail. The majority of orders are dispatched the same day (Monday - Friday) when orders are received before 1pm.

Orders generally arrive within 2-4 days of dispatch. If your order is urgent and needed for a particular date, we advise using the guaranteed next day delivery service.

PERSONALISED JEWELLERY

If you are ordering personalised jewellery and your design is particularly complex, we may email you a visual proof to approve before engraving. Our dispatch time may vary if we do not hear back before the next postal run.

OTHER INFORMATION

  • Orders are delivered free of charge via Tracked 48 or second class signed for
  • You can upgrade to first class postage at the checkout or next day delivery (orders placed before 1pm) if you're in a hurry
  • All deliveries are sent signed for - you will receive tracking information at point of dispatch
  • Please be aware that UK public holidays will affect your expected delivery date
  • Please note we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays
  • All jewellery orders come packed in our beautiful Treatfully branded boxes, free of charge. If you would like your product to be gift wrapped please add a note to your order
